We are looking for a passionate Speech Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse caseload, supporting children, adults and older people across NDIS, Aged Care and other community-based programs.

You’ll have the flexibility to structure your working week around your clients and your preferred working style, with options for work-from-home, hybrid and community-based work.

Your Role

As a Speech Pathologist at All Thrive Care, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, communication and swallowing assessments
  • Develop and implement individualised, evidence-based therapy programs
  • Support clients to improve communication, participation and independence
  • Work with children experiencing developmental delays, communication difficulties and school-related challenges
  • Support adults and older people with communication and swallowing needs
  • Provide functional recommendations and strategies for clients, families and support teams
  • Prepare high-quality clinical reports and documentation
  • Collaborate with families, support workers, educators and other healthcare professionals
  • Navigate different funding environments, including NDIS and Aged Care
  • Deliver therapy in clients’ homes, community settings, clinics and remotely where appropriate

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Speech Pathologist who is:

✅ Eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
✅ Passionate about person-centred, community-based care
✅ A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
✅ Able to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team
✅ Organised and confident with clinical documentation and report writing
✅ Committed to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
✅ Holds a current Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
✅ Holds a Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain)
