Tracey Liu – Occupational Therapist

Tracey is a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist specialising in paediatric and young adult occupational therapy and mental health. Her unique approach is deeply informed by her professional expertise and her personal journey as a mother to a son with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

With a profound understanding of the challenges faced by children, young adults, and their families, Tracey offers holistic, individualized care that addresses emotional, sensory, and functional needs. Her specialization in mental health enables her to support young individuals in navigating the complexities of transitions, emotional regulation, self-esteem, and independence, while her paediatric experience allows her to build foundational skills that evolve as her clients grow.

For young adults, Tracey focuses on promoting self-confidence and independence, addressing challenges such as social integration, emotional resilience, time management, and vocational skills. She recognizes the unique hurdles faced during the transition from adolescence to adulthood, ensuring her clients are equipped with practical strategies and coping mechanisms to meet these milestones with confidence.

As a mother of a child with ASD, Tracey brings a unique and empathetic perspective to her practice. She understands the emotional and practical challenges families face and offers practical, relatable solutions grounded in lived experience. Her approach is collaborative and strengths-based, working closely with individuals and families to empower them to overcome barriers and thrive in their daily lives.

Whether supporting children in developing life skills, guiding young adults through transitions, or helping families foster understanding and connection, Tracey is dedicated to creating meaningful and lasting change. Her goal is to help her clients unlock their potential, embrace their strengths, and build a fulfilling and independent future.

Laura Wu – Occupational Therapist

Laura is a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist with a rich background in adult occupational therapy, assistive technology (AT), home modifications (HM), and hand therapy, particularly focusing on arthritis management. Her approach is deeply informed by her professional expertise and prior experience as a Registered Nurse, enabling her to provide holistic and person-centered care.

With a strong understanding of the challenges faced by adults in maintaining independence and managing chronic conditions, Laura offers tailored, practical solutions that address functional, emotional, and environmental needs. Her expertise in hand therapy allows her to support individuals with arthritis or other hand-related conditions, helping them regain strength, improve mobility, and manage pain effectively.

Speaking English and Mandarin, Laura is able to provide culturally sensitive support to clients from diverse backgrounds, ensuring effective communication and understanding.

Kasey Li – Occupational Therapist

Kasey completed a Master of Occupational Therapy and a Master of Social Work. Since graduating, she has been working in community NDIS settings. Kasey has extensive experience working with children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, and hyperactivity. She uses play-based therapy to support development in areas such as joint attention, pretend play, collaborative play, fine motor skills, and handwriting. Kasey also uses a family-centred approach to involve and support parents while working with the child, enjoying the process of partnering with families to achieve their goals.

In addition to her paediatric expertise, Kasey has over 5 years of experience working in aged care settings. She is skilled in conducting home safety assessments and is familiar with the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and Home Care Packages (HCP). Kasey is passionate about enabling elderly people to regain their independence in daily activities, empowering them to live safely and confidently in their homes.

Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Kasey has a strong background in working with culturally and linguistically diverse families, allowing her to provide culturally sensitive support tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

Nicola Chong – Occupational Therapist

Nicola completed a Bachelor degree of Food and Nutritional Sciences and a Master of Occupational Therapy. She has been working in community NDIS settings since graduation. Nicola has experience working with children, teenagers and adults with physical and mental health challenges across different settings, including home, schools and community.

Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, Nicola is dedicated to working with clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and understands different needs for clients and their families.

Connor Chan – Occupational Therapist

Connor Chan is an Occupational Therapist with a passion for supporting children and their families to build independence, confidence, and meaningful participation in daily life. She has diverse clinical experiences across paediatric, youth, and disability settings, developing skills in assessment (including ABAS-3, Sensory Profile 2, Beery VMI, and functional capacity assessments), intervention planning, and collaborative practice with families, teachers, and allied health teams.

Connor currently works with children and families in the NDIS and community setting, with a particular interest in sensory regulation, fine and gross motor development, play, handwriting, and self-care skills. She is committed to cultural responsiveness, family-centred practice, and empowering service users through evidence-based strategies and collaborative goal setting.

Connor can speak Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

Darwin Chan – Occupational Therapist

Darwin Chan is an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with 6 years of clinical experience across rehabilitation, hospital, and community settings. He is skilled in delivering evidence-based interventions, conducting comprehensive functional and home assessments, and supporting older adults to maintain independence and quality of life. Darwin has worked in both Grade One and Grade Two Occupational Therapist roles at Cabrini Health, where he also supervised junior staff and contributed to service improvement projects. He brings strong communication skills, trilingual language ability (English, Mandarin, Cantonese), and a compassionate, client-centred approach to his practice.

Jayne Ong – Speech Pathologist

Jayne is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) who is passionate about providing client-centred care to children aged 1 to 18 years. Her experience included supporting children with developmental delays, articulation and language disorders, autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental conditions.

Jayne adopts an individualised, play-based approach in her sessions to achieve functional outcomes for her clients. She strives to work collaboratively with families and other health professionals within a multidisciplinary team to support each individual’s development across home, school, and community settings.

Jayne specialises in early intervention, gestalt language processing, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Her areas of interest include speech, language, AAC, and supporting families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin.

Jayne has completed training in Hanen More Than Words, LAMP, Sounds-Write, Little Learners Love Literacy, Gestalt Language Processors and Talk for Writing.

Yuchen Wang – Speech Pathologist

Yuchen is a practising member of Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) and a certified practising speech pathologist (CPSP). She completed her Master of Speech Pathology at The University of Melbourne. Yuchen has worked with clients of various age groups and conditions in diverse environments, including community, home, school, hospital, and private practices.

Yuchen is an enthusiastic speech pathologist with a passion for implementing person-centered and evidence-based care. Yuchen speaks English and Mandarin, and as a bilingual speech pathologist, she enjoys working with families from diverse linguistic backgrounds. Her clinical interests include bilingual development, social skills, swallowing and Augmentic and Alternative communication (AAC). Yuchen is dedicated to providing the best care and support to different age groups and their families.

Jing Chan – Counsellor

Jing is a registered Counsellor & Mental Health Specialist. With 8+ years of experience in therapeutic support for older adults, Jing combines mental health expertise with compassion care. As a registered counsellor and mental health professional, his diverse background includes:

  • Sub-acute psychiatric care – Supporting recovery in hospital settings
  • Community mental health outreach – Delivering personalised mental healthcare
  • Accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor (5+ years) – Training others in critical support skills

Kun Cheng (Katie) – Physiotherapist

Katie is a passionate and dedicated physiotherapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours) from Monash University. Over the past three years, she has been working in the NDIS, where she has had the privilege of helping individuals regain mobility, confidence, and independence.

Her clinical experience spans chronic pain management, falls prevention, pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, injuries and disability care. She is especially driven by the opportunity to improve quality of life, whether that’s helping someone walk more confidently or simply move through their day with less pain.

Fluent in Mandarin and English, Katie believes physiotherapy is about more than treatment; it’s about empowering people to live better, more active lives. When she’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find her learning new techniques, staying active, or enjoying a good cup of coffee (because balance is important, too!).

Grace Wang – Early Education Teacher

Grace completed her Bachelor of Early Childhood Education at Deakin University in 2021. During her studies, she undertook 120 days of professional placement, which provided her with valuable hands-on experience working with children and their families.

From 2022 to the present, she has worked as a kindergarten teacher across various centres, further developing her knowledge and practical skills. Grace is passionate about supporting children’s growth and has a strong understanding of the meaningful role educators play in their learning and development.

Katie Cheung – Music Therapist

Katie is a Registered Music Therapist (RMT) who completed her Master of Music Therapy at the University of Melbourne and is a member of the Australian Music Therapy Association (AMTA).

With clinical experience across paediatric hospitals, specialist schools, aged care, and community programs, she supports individuals of all ages through creative, strengths-based, neuro-affirming, and family-centred approaches. Katie works with children with ASD, ADHD, and developmental delays, as well as older adults living with dementia and in palliative care.

Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, she brings a culturally responsive and compassionate lens to her practice, empowering clients to express themselves, build confidence, and connect meaningfully through music.
